The single steel wheel vibratory roller is a super-large tonnage vibratory roller, which is positioned for compaction of large rock filling and super-thick paving, and can take into account conventional paving compaction. It is an ideal compaction equipment for dam rock filling compaction, super-water-stable compaction, highway pavement base and roadbed. The machine adopts a high-power engine and has a number of road-adaptive designs for rock filling dam compaction, which can well meet the requirements of dam construction.
1. Engine
Equipped with Weichai National IV water-cooled engine, with large power reserve, low fuel consumption and low noise.
2. Hydraulic travel drive system
The single-system dual-motor closed or hydraulic drive system composed of electronically controlled proportional gear, motor and Changhai life reducer realizes full drive of front and rear wheels, ensuring that the roller has good driving performance and climbing ability, no speed change within the set speed range, ensuring that the roller can operate at the fastest speed under different working conditions, with automatic anti-skid escape mode, and avoiding machine skidding to a certain extent.
3. Transmission system
The domestic heavy-duty drive axle has strong load-bearing capacity and high reliability, and can ensure that the roller can exert its maximum lifting force under various working conditions. It is equipped with 20-grade stone-type tires, which are especially used for filling and compacting.
4. Hydraulic vibration system
The electronically controlled two-point variable and quantitative motors form an electronically controlled closed hydraulic system, which can transmit a maximum power of 181kw.
