The combined vibratory roller is an asphalt compacting machine product independently developed by the Road Machinery Division with many years of compacting machinery research and development experience. This product is tailor-made for municipal maintenance customers. It is particularly suitable for compacting asphalt concrete surface layers, and can also be used for compacting small and medium-sized foundations, secondary foundations and filling materials. The whole machine has a sophisticated structure and is flexible and maneuverable. It is an ideal compacting equipment for the implementation of asphalt surface layer compaction in municipal maintenance and highway maintenance.
The front steel and rear rubber complement each other’s advantages, greatly improving the compaction quality of the asphalt surface layer and increasing the applicability of the product.
The whole machine adopts electric proportional control technology, and the handle operating force is reduced by 40%, making the operation lighter and smoother.
The soft start and stop function makes the roller start and stop more smoothly, avoiding asphalt accumulation and ensuring the flatness of the compaction.
The front and rear beams are designed to be low, with excellent front and rear vision and wheel side vision, and good visibility of wheel surface watering.
